The porcelain is kiln fired to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure there is no wear or fading, not even with prolonged use. This tea set will stay beautiful for years to come, it is very durable and 100% food safe. The border is a scrolled raised gold with pink, blue or green accents.
